About Us
At Global Help Center (GHC) Healthcare Agency, our mission is to provide compassionate and personalized healthcare solutions tailored to the unique needs of each community we serve. We are dedicated to transforming lives through accessibility and support. Personal Support: This service involves help with daily self-care activities, which may include bathing and grooming, getting dressed, using the restroom, help with movement and repositioning, guidance with prescribed exercises, meal and hydration support, assistance with medications, and certain breathing treatments. Home Support Duties: These services cover essential household cleaning tasks within the client's primary living area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Examples are sanitizing the bathroom, cleaning dishes and kitchenware, maintaining mobility aids, washing clothes, floor care, and taking out trash. This support is always provided in conjunction with either personal support or respite care, not as an independent service. Respite Services: This care offers temporary relief for non-paid caregivers, typically family members, by providing supervision and support for the client during the day, evening, or overnight. It is designed to give primary caregivers a necessary rest from their duties.

Our vision is Constantly continue to offer personalized services to customers and allow each of them to have a unique experience tailored to their challenges.
